Skill description
Siphon the vigor from your enemies' blood, dealing 615 Magic Damage to all nearby enemies. If an enemy is hit, you gain Major Sorcery, increasing your Spell Damage by 20% for 20 seconds.

Drain Power is a skill located in the Siphoning (which can be found in the Nightblade skill tree). Drain Power is a base skill, and can be morphed into Power Extraction or Sap Essence.

Drain Power deals the following types of damage: Magic Damage. Which means that it gets buffed by the following blue champion point trees: Elemental Expert, Elf Born, Master at Arms, Spell Erosion. Also the following red champion point trees protect against this skill: Elemental Defender, Iron Clad.
