Consumes a stack of Blood Hunger to increase the initial damage done by 25%. There is a 50% chance to retain Blood Hunger each cast.
The second hit deals up to 200% more damage to enemies with less than 25% Health and applies the Hemorrhaging status effect.
New effect
Has a 50% chance to not consume Blood Hunger and the second hit applies Hemorrhaging. Increases execute scaling.
