Description:
The Assault skill-line is part of the "Alliance War" category in the Elder Scrolls Online. The Assault skill-line has active skills and passives. The Assault skill-line focuses on improving your combat capabilities in ESO.

How do you unlock the Assault skill-line?


To unlock the Assault skill-line you have to participate in PvP activities, after that the Assault skill-line will automatically appear in the Alliance War category.

How do you level up the Assault skill-line?


To level up the Assault skill-line in the Elder Scrolls Online you have to participate in PvP activities and earn Alliance Points, often referred to as AP. To gain Alliance Points you have to kill enemy players, conquering keeps, participating in Battlegrounds etc. However, in contrary to the Assault skill-line itself where you have to earn Alliance Points in order to advance, the skills can also be leveled up by simply gaining experience points from killing monsters or completing quests.

The damage numbers of the skills that you see below are used for comparison. The numbers are based on a naked level 50 character without any skills, passives, attributes and champion points allocated. Your damage numbers will change depending on what gear, skills, attributes, champion points, enchantments or buffs your character has.

Mobilize your forces, granting Major Expedition to you and your group, increasing your Movement Speed by 30% for 8 seconds.
Retreating Maneuver

Hurl a ball of caltrops that scatter over the target area, dealing 281 Physical Damage every 1 second to enemies inside, and reducing their Movement Speed by 50%. The caltrops also drain the Mount Stamina of any enemy in the area.

Curse an enemy with a magical bomb that explodes after 4 seconds, dealing 434 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area. Each enemy within the bomb's radius increases the damage by 100%, including the original target.
Inevitable Detonation

Curse an enemy with a magical bomb that explodes after 4 seconds, dealing 449 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area. If the bomb is dispelled or removed early, the explosion is triggered immediately. Each enemy within the bomb's radius increases the damage by 100%.

Pierce the air with a shrill whistle, calling your mount forth to trample enemies in a line. This ability cannot be re-activated while your mount is already attacking.

Continuous Attack

Increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 10% and Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery by 20% for 10 minutes after you capture a Lumber Mill, Farm, Mine, or Keep. Gain Major Gallop at all times, increasing your Mount Speed by 30%.
Reach
Reach

Increases the range of long-range abilities by 5 meters while near a keep or outpost. Any ability with a range greater than 28 meters is affected.
Combat Frenzy
Combat Frenzy

You generate 20 Ultimate when you kill an enemy player.
